It takes effort, care, and investment to produce puppies of the good health, quality, and temperament that we have here at High Desert Labradors. We put time and attention into careful selection of breeding dams & sires. ​
  • We ensure each Dam and Sire have important health screenings to give your puppy a genetic advantage. Hips & Elbows are certified through the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals and genetic screenings are also conducted for Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA) and Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC) among other hereditary diseases common in Labradors.  
  • We love, care for, and play with each and every puppy in the comfort of our family home; never in outdoor concrete kennels.  It is our hope that you will find your High Desert Labrador well worth the price!
The price of a High Desert Labrador puppy is $3,750 and includes:
  • 100% Health Guarantee for Hip Dysplasia (see purchase contract for complete details).
  • Current Vaccinations and Deworming.
  • Microchip
  • Paperwork for Limited AKC Registration (puppy is sold with spay/neuter agreement and may not be used for breeding).
  • Puppy Collar & Leash. 
  • All Medical Records.
  • A deposit of $500 will reserve your puppy.  Deposits are refundable only if we cannot provide you with a puppy of your requested gender within 24 months of contract signing.
  • Puppy "picks" will be offered once the pups have completed Temperament Testing at about 7 weeks of age, with picks granted in the order deposits were received. 
  • Puppies are available to go home in their 8th week, after they are fully weaned, eating dry kibble, and have received their first vaccinations.
  • Your remaining balance of $3,250 is not due until your puppy goes home.
  • We do NOT ship via air cargo since the safety and well-being of our pups is of utmost concern.  We welcome out of state buyers to pick up their puppies and fly home with them in a soft-sided carry-on pet carrier.  Please contact us for further details.
If your family is not currently in a position to purchase a puppy: our Guardian Family Program may be of interest to you. The program offers an attractive option for receiving a top quality breeding puppy at no cost by agreeing to certain conditions.
Ready to reserve your puppy?  Please note that the length of our current waitlist means most will wait up to 18 months for their pup!  We promise they are worth the wait for a lifelong companion.
  1. Complete our Adoption Application.
  2. Pay the $500 deposit to hold your pick order. For fastest receipt, use the PayPal button below to pay by credit or debit card. A PayPal account is not required. A 2.9% + $0.30 fee will be added to all PayPal payments to cover their fees. Your deposit is refundable only in the event that we are not able to provide you a puppy within 24 months of contract signing.  Your remaining balance of $3,250 is due via Zelle, Venmo or PayPal before you pick up your pup or cash or bank cashier's check at the time of pick up.
