"Belle" is our latest dam, carefully selected from the offspring of Holly and Duke. Nicknamed "Ash" at birth, see her temperament test video here. As a young adult, Belle is a joyful spirit that is both loyal and obedient. She loves long walks and snuggle time with her humans!
"Belle" has gone through extensive health checks and genetic testing and boasts OFA certified "good" hips and normal elbows. Belle has produced 2 beautiful litters with the gorgeous, proven sire, Bullet. We look forward to her next litter, arriving this Fall, thanks to the handsome Champion-sired stud Heatherdowns Toast to Edinburgh ("Eddie")! |
Belle lives with our lovely friends as her guardian family in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

“Sadie” has a classic English build, gorgeous near-white coat, and calm eager-to-please demeanor that makes her one of our most stunning girls yet!
This smart girl rings bells at the back door to let us know when it is time to “go potty.” She is calm, loyal and affectionate. Sadie has OFA "Good" Hips/Normal Elbows and passed genetic screenings for both EIC (heart) and PRA/PRCD (eyes). Sadie's last litter was in Spring 2021 and is now enjoying a pampered retirement in Southwest England. |

“Holly” is the littermate of “Sadie,” another gorgeous girl from our lovely Champion-Sired Rossi. Her taller stature and lean features compliment her joyous spirit!
Holly is eager to please and boasts smarts, too… she obediently curls up in her crate the moment you show signs of getting ready to leave the house, without a vocal command! Holly has OFA certified "Excellent" Hips/Normal Elbows and passed genetic screenings for both EIC (heart) and PRA/PRCD (eyes). Holly is now retired and enjoying long walks and blue skies with her forever family in beautiful New Mexico. |
CLASSIC ROSSIGNOL OF HIGH DESERT ("ROSSI")

"Rossi" joined our family from esteemed breeder and trainer Linda Weld. Rossi is Champion-sired by foundational stud dog, International and American Champion Karousel Pleasure Seeker. Her pedigree is star-studded with many Champions and Titles in both the show ring and field, including Master Hunters.
She has a very calm, affectionate temperament and a compact, English build with a gorgeous blocky head. Like all High Desert Labradors, Rossi has OFA Certified Hips & Elbows, as well as genetic screenings for EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse) and PRA/PRCD (Progressive Retinal Atrophy).

connolly's Mulligan Girl ("Mully")

Our Mully was the matriarch of High Desert Labradors. This loving girl was as beautiful as she was intelligent. She had a calm, joyful disposition and was not a barker, jumper, digger, or a chewer. Most of all, her loyal and attentive nature made her a wonderful companion to our children.
Mulligan came from a line of quality, pure bred AKC Registered Labrador Retrievers, including Master Hunters. We invested in extensive health clearances for Mulligan, including OFA Certified Hips & Elbows and EIC (Exercise Induced Collapse) and PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) genetic screenings.
Mully was retired from breeding and was the faithful, lifetime companion of our family until her passing in the summer of 2022. Mulligan’s legacy carries on through her Champion-sired offspring, "Dakota Duck Dog," and our lovely dams “Sadie” and “Holly.”
